If you are really serious about your success, being up there with the best of the best and you are ready for hard work, stick-to-itiveness, and 99% perspiration, this program will be perfect for you. This group coaching offering will not be easy...it will be very tough. I will not be doing your work or your marketing for you. You will be provided with every tool and technique and all of the coaching you need to get the job done, but in the end...It's up to you! If you are willing to do what I ask of you for 12 weeks (including attending all group coaching calls and implementing the steps I will be recommending,) I am confident that you will see tangible results in your business. If you are not willing to do the work, please do not sign up. It will only hold back the folks who are serious about building a thriving business.
During this 12 weeks, I will be asking you to build a very strong and focused marketing approach through a combination of grassroots and online marketing so that you market to people who are not coaches. If you are not willing to move outside of the profession of coaching to market your business, this program is not for you. It is going to require that you step outside of your comfort zone and move into your local community as a leader. With this approach, you will be selling blended learning (a combination of live presentations, teleclasses and coaching,) which is the best way to reach potential buyers who are not coaches. I will be teaching you the very approaches I used to sell blended training to the three incredible professionals who so willingly provided me with the testimonials below...and...they are not coaches! The system is simple, and it works if you are willing to roll up your sleeves to make it happen!
I am being very transparent in this letter to you, because I don't want you to have any surprises. For those of you who have worked with me as a coach, you know I am very tough. Business leaders and executives hire me, because I don't hold back...I call it like it is. My clients who actually do the work double their income within the first two months of working with me. They demand tough coaching, because they know it works. I will not be saying what I think you want to hear. I will be saying and doing what I know it takes to succeed, because my goal at the end of each day is for the clients I work with to be successful business owners and leaders. If anything, during this program, you will learn how to be a powerful coach by experiencing a very advanced level of executive coaching. Remember...as a teleclass leader, you are a leader, and leaders have to be willing to be coached in a powerful way.

How Does it Work?

The Top Gun Coaching Program will use the following system:

During the 12 weeks, you will be:

Delivering and recording 2 teleclasses (you will be using my recordable bridge line for this purpose.) These classes will be used to market your business to the public |

Writing 6 articles and submitting them online and to hard copy journals and newspapers |

Delivering 3 training presentations to business owners and/or organizations in your community |

Building a speaker's kit for your community for the purposes of marketing your teleclasses and your business |

Writing and submitting 2 press releases to newspapers in your local region |

Upgrading and optimizing your website to attract more people into your sales cycle |

Attending one group coaching call each week. During this time, each participant will be receiving 5 minutes of laser coaching...the same coaching I use with executive leaders who are working with large budgets and big leadership issues |
